      2. Rape or molestation

Common emotional and psychological effects of rape include: Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) – feelings of severe anxiety and stress, Depression, Flashbacks – memories of rape as if it is taking place again, Borderline personality disorder, Sleep disorders, Eating disorders, Dissociative identity disorder, Guilt.

        1. We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.

      1. The Church Dealt with Sexual Sun: Alienation, Assimilation, Avoidance
        1. Alienation
          1. In the past the church would disassociate itself from people living in blatant sexual sin. This is not right.
            1. Mark 12:30-31
              1. …you must love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul, all your mind, and all your strength…Love your neighbor as yourself. No other commandment is greater than these
                1. I don't get to pick my neighbor.
                2. You don't get to pick who you love.
        2. Assimilation
          1. In order to win the world you don't have to be like the world.

            1. "But I have this complaint against you. You are permitting that woman—that Jezebel who calls herself a prophet—to lead my servants astray. She teaches them to commit sexual sin and to eat food offered to idols.  I gave her time to repent, but she does not want to turn away from her immorality.

      2. The Church should go for ASSURANCE
        1. We are for EVERYONE.
          1. God doesn't condemn and neither should we.
        2. BIBLE is in our name

            1. All Scripture is inspired by God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives. It corrects us when we are wrong and teaches us to do what is right.
          2. Government doesn’t get to define marriage because it didn't design it
        3. You don't have to agree with us to be with us. You don't have to believe to belong.

            1. God will make this happen, for he who calls you is faithful.
        4. We might disagree, but that does not mean we are disloyal.
          1. We will spend  the majority of our time talking about what we are for versus what we are against
  3. Perfect People Don’t Go to Heaven; Saved People Go to Heaven

      1. Don't you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality, or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God. Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
